Guidelines for Submitting Events and Letters to the Editor to Leeds Herald and Web Site

The Leeds Herald is happy to publish your organization events and notices free of charge, providing you follow our simple guidelines outlined below.

No event will be accepted unless your organization has first placed the event on our Event Calendar of the Web Site.  The event calendar is one of the most visited pages on our site and provides the community at large a place to view events and make sure they do not conflict with other events in the area when possible.

Contact us to receive your password and login to our Event Calendar. Once logged in there are ample tutorials to walk you through creating events.

After you have posted your event to our calendar including Name of event, Date and Time, location with address, contact person, and brief description submit the same using "EVENT FOR LEEDS HERALD" as the subject line, and email the release to leedsherald@charter.net.

Do not submit press releases with rich formatted text or in the form of a flyer as they will not be accepted. Flyers are accepted in the form of a paid ad only.
