Guidelines for Submitting Events to
Magazine and Web Site
Leeds Magazine is happy to publish your organization events and
notices free of charge, providing you follow our simple guidelines
outlined below.
No event will be accepted unless your organization has first
placed the event on our
Event Calendar of the Web Site. The event calendar is one
of the most visited pages on our site and provides the community at
large a place to view events and make sure they do not conflict with
other events in the area when possible.
The event page has a tutorial on how to add an event and you may
always use our
contact
page should you need to ask questions.
After you have posted your event to our calendar including Name of
event, Date and Time, location with address, contact person, and
brief description submit the same using "EVENT FOR MAGAZINE" as the
subject line, either via press release or through our
contact
email form.
We freely provide this to organizations and we will not publish any
events that do not meet these simple guidelines designed for the
benefit of everyone. Events should be submitted by Tuesday at 5:00
p.m. for the upcoming edition for the week.
All event submissions are subject to approval based on our sole
discretion. This includes, but is not limited to any event we deem
distasteful in the eyes of the general public at our sole
discretion.
